Private sessions give you Dorothea's full attention from start to finish. You begin with a conversation about your goals, your history and any injuries, and every session after that is planned for you: mat Pilates, functional strength, mobility and breathwork in the proportions your body needs, progressing as you get stronger. Sessions take place outdoors in the green spaces of Chalandri, so you train in fresh air and natural light rather than in a crowded gym.

FAQ
Who are private sessions for?

Anyone who wants a programme built around them: complete beginners who want a confident start, people returning to exercise after an injury or pregnancy with their doctor's go-ahead, and experienced movers with a specific goal.

Where do the sessions take place?

Outdoors in the green spaces of Chalandri, in the northern suburbs of Athens, or online. For outdoor sessions you will get the exact meeting point when you book.

What happens in the first session?

We start with a short conversation about your goals, your history and any injuries, then move through a gentle assessment and an introductory session. Dorothea plans the sessions that follow from there.

How often should I book?

Once or twice a week works well for most people. Consistency matters more than intensity, and you can combine private sessions with group classes.

Are sessions available in English?

Yes. Sessions can be taught in Greek or English.
